Project timelines are discussed and agreed before work begins. While we strive to keep to them, unforeseen circumstances such as weather or supply delays may require adjustments. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

5. Payment terms

Most projects will not require a deposit.
Depending on the size of the project, a deposit of 25–35% of the total cost may be required when the contract is accepted.
Progress payments may be scheduled based on project milestones.
The remaining balance is due on project completion and final inspection.

Provide access to the property during agreed working hours.
Ensure work areas are free of personal belongings and hazards.
Tell us about any specific requirements or concerns before the project starts.

7. Changes and modifications

Any change to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may result in additional charges. We will provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding with any modification.

8. Liability and insurance

TLC Painting & Renovations carries comprehensive liability insurance and is committed to a safe work environment. We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing conditions or structural defects.
Unforeseen issues that arise during the project but fall outside the agreed scope of work.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term. In that case, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Leon County.
